I got asked today by a local customer if I had a Gallery they could go visit. I was pleased to find they like my work and think it should be in a Gallery.... My question to you guys is..
How does one get into a Gallery? what steps should I take? are there any bad things about being in a gallery?

I've always just sold at little markets (craftfairs and such) and only started online sales in November.. So I am still trying to find my way in the large markey of photography.

Any hint, suggestions, comments are much appreciated!!

During our trip we lost my sisters camera and now need to find a replacement :/ (and how to afford a replacement )

Are there any good pocket digital cameras that still have a view finder? The LCD eats batteries for snacks and when traveling its hard to recharge. Second requirement is that it uses SD memory cards as she already has a ton of them. 3rd is good optical zoom, the one we lost had a optical of 4x's zoom before it went digital.

I know my DSLR's but not much about the little lightweight point shot traveling cameras... Oh and as much manual options on the little camera is a big bonus... if anything except DSLR's still have manuals..

I am back home from my travels in Paris, Portugal and Spain.
Hoping to have many photos loaded here as I get through processing them.
I had a lot of fun and I hope to catchup with all of you soon... now off to work for the weekend :/
